Do You Have Too Much Time Off the Bike?
Ivy: Just because you have enough time to squeeze in a few more minutes in training doesn't mean necessarily should if you can do a shorter workout and really nail it. That's a great thing to keep in mind when you're thinking about like how much time you should allocate to training. I don't know about all of you, but I'm just like, Oh, if I could do more, I could get faster. And then I remind myself you could you'll you'll only get faster from the training that you can adapt to.
