Is Your Depression a Depression?
A lot of times the work is hard ind the moment, the reward is afterwards. I think it's probably just even that much more powerful for someone who isa, who's working on depression. When i do a big event, i always try to make sure i plan like some type of positiveent after it. And then also, usually when i do an event, in the back of my mind, i'll put something on the calendar, even if it's several months out.
