The Unambiguous Root Boundaries of the Word Structure
Delgarno has a fairly complex system of tenses and signs for active and passive voice. He sticks in an S when otherwise you would be having two vowels coming together. But then he has signs for present tense future, past or perfect, various kinds of infinitives and imperatives. And all of these are vowels and they're being stuck after another vowel, which represents the active or passive inflection.
