How to Make High Affinity Antibodies to HIV

HIV needs these super antibodies in order for a vaccine to work. They have to have 100 mutations or something in the two chains combined. And one of the ideas is that you could make them do that by immunizing with one thing, doing a germinal center, then immunizing again and so on. But mice data say that that is going to be hard to do.
