i'm going to give you a couple of journaling exercises that i think can be helpful in exploring and especially getting unstuck from any patterns of people pleasing. What areas of your life are you not saying no, even though you really want to say no? And then the strategy is to get there. That's part of the setting boundaries. It's like, how do we make this happen? What of the communications do we need to make? What support do we needs to call? So you got to get creative about it. But stay with it so that you can set the boundaries you need to set for yourself.
