Innovation is about learning, it's about understanding. It's about actually framing the unknown to get to being known. And so in a lot of cases, people are only testing what they know and they actually understand what they don't know. So instead of building one prototype that allows you to learn what you don't know, i'll build eight or nine different prototypes. I always learned by doing and building and and letting empirical data help me drive what i need to do.
