Camille: I was out for most of December with some like pretty serious knee pain. And a few of my friends said like, Oh, you're probably you're over training. You're doing too much. But I feel like it was building gradually enough that it made sense. For a 50k, it generally takes years, how many years? Camille: Five to 10 years where your structure and neuromuscular structure are getting dialed into this load. Once you get to like 10 years, that's kind of it.
