What Are the Two Sides of Privileges or Immunities?
Blackstone sharply distinguished or pretty identifiably distinguished between the two. Privilege is a privilege of participating in post-political goods that are created by the government on a non-discriminatory basis. Rights theory has most of the rights that we think of be their immunities, they could be called immunities from state action.
