How to Be More Aligned With the Present Moment
Some people are so deeply trapped in this mind pattern that they could be described as grievances looking for cause, and of course, easy to find. So if you refrain from complaining internally, first of all, you become more aligned with the is-ness of whatever is. The more people you can talk to, the better about it. And if you're lucky, you find one or two that totally agree and then think it's amplified. If there's something wrong, really, wrongly, not just in your mind, if something is wrong, and you need to tell somebody about it because this person may be able to rectify it, it's not complaining, it's conveying information.
