Do You Have a LOI?

When you kick off and start firing on diligence, what's that look like? Or is it like a one and done pitch? At the LOI level, we do that with internal conversations. That kind of gives you good leverage to get out there and the deal's done. Normally if a banker calls you, they're going to require an LOI three to four weeks from when they're making those calls. If you get a non-committal LOI, you can execute that and then go through the process of getting all board approvals.
