The Darkest Thoughts of a Child Abuse
My stepfather was physically and verbally abusive. He'd storm my bedroom and throw me into a wall or grab me by the neck. I moved out to live with my dad at eighteen after a huge blowout with a stepdad but my dad was also in an abusive relationship with a psychotic woman who did terrible things to him. It led to a string of similarly toxic relationships throughout my twenties and into my early thirties. Many positive experiences with abusers. Darkest thoughts. I picture myself getting into terrible accidents every time I get behind the wheel of my car accidentally killing someone. Think about acts of violence towards the people who bullied me in high school or towards my parents. darkest secrets
