The Fed's Neutral Rate Is 2.5%, but It's Down 2.50%

The Fed reserve has to sell one and a half, $2 trillion worth of selling treasuries typically causes yields to go up. The markets are saying look like growth is slowing fast; people have been rotating out of bonds into defensive sectors. I think the money is going to rotate back into bonds and the paying trade is probably like the bonds higher. But right now that seems so clear to me that outweighs the QT part of it.
