Chris Bieler is really into, I don't know if you've seen any of his stuff lately. Um, dialing it back in. The flow we used to call our workouts flow or compete. So now we call them trainer compete. We have a train day, usually three train days, one compete day, and then a strength endurance day. Like there's just little like tidbits every four, three to four months of things that we're working toward.
