When the research at large says five to 30 reps when these guys are doing you know well above 30 reps and just tons and tons of sets well beyond say 20 per muscle group so here's what I'll say about that. Some folks really like that high volume gatlin gun style reps tons of volume but also I've seen very strong folks in the calisthenic world say you know focus on your tempos and your pauses and things like thatSo I think it could go either way I enjoy both you know yeah definitely a big believer in practically applying experience when it comes to strength and conditioning.
