How to Prevent Recurring Muscle Problems

Many years now have not had any problems on the left side of my body at all. So I guess we'll see where it goes. Being able to address it in the short term is one thing, but then being able to prevent it from recurring is not going to be a problem. And that's where then how I am training is going to be the deciding factor because if it goes away, that's great. But if there is something, some weird little thing that I'm doing that just contributes to it little by little, it can just come back if I heard you correctly. Yeah.
