Gerald Zaltman of Harvard estimates that 95% of our brain's decision-making processes are non-conscious. So if as marketers, we're only focused on selling features and benefits and price, we're really missing out on selling to a huge part of our customer's brain. There are all kinds of emotional appeals you can use to appeal to that part of the brain.
