Natalyza: I think a lot of people struggle with this concept because it feels like, well, at least the people we see publicly talk about struggling with imposter syndrome are like on the outside looking in. So you often hear this too, which is not necessarily true. It's about 70% of people experience imposter syndrome. People often ask me, what's on the other side of that? What's that 30%? Natalyza: There are people who have never experienced imposter syndrome and there are people who believe they are expert when they are not.
