Is There a Fat Loss in the Fasting Window?

Make sure you've got enough protein in that last meal, because I know if I eat 50 to 60 grams of protein in a meal, I am way too full to be thinking about more eating. Thinking about more fat with your meal, thinking about more protein, understanding that we're more insulin sensitive during the day. Closing that feeding window a little earlier than normal, and then also considering an extended fast is a great strategy.
