Exercise Is Medicine, and It's Good for You
Exercise should not be viewed as just a means to an end, like weight loss, but basically an end in its own right. It doesn't have to be kind of exercise that people conjure up images of, like working on a treadmill or a stationery bike,. You can get in activity that is outside, enjoyable sports and so forth that count as well. And it can be done on the week end and don't have to been done every day.
