The Importance of Scarcity

When we're getting overly attached to the result of something, it's because we feel that the result or the outcome is scarce. When I fast, oftentimes when I fast or I've gone without food for a certain amount of time, I'm starving by the time it comes around to eat. And so it's like going to Thanksgiving meal when you're starving. Some of us have tried this this this this ploy. It's coming from when we're in scarcity, when we're experiencing lack, we go into something. There's there's an innate part of us that actually, and this is why our clients ask us, how do we say no?
