In hypermobility if the joint itself doesn't have that stability you're gonna use the muscles around it to create stability. If there is a lot of chronic repetitive issues like in the ankle yeah it's probably not gonna be the same as it always was but working on a lot of single leg balance barefoot and also on unstable surfaces so at home you know you could do like a rolled up or not even a rolled up but like a folded up towel or blanket to have like something squishy to work on then do that like heel tap exercise.
