I like to be close to our customers. I like to talk to them. We know great brands need the foundation of good customers service. People want to know people behind the brand. And yet, we do have a customer service team now,. But it's still really important to me that i stay close to the brand in that aspect. It's one of the most important things that has helped build a community with back drop, is being human.
