Performance Management - What Are the Biggest Changes?
Christian Rol: One of the biggest changes that we have seen in performance management is the openness to be much more ambitious when it comes to the target setting. In accountability scorecards and KPIs, we see increased emphasis moving away from only financial KPIs. We also see ESG considerations come into play, an operational KPIs that are becoming more and more important. More and more in budgeting and planning and forecasting, we see real-time transparency as key. Also using advanced analytics and data approaches to be able to more rapidly adjust to market conditions.
