The course is nine weeks long, and every day is a mix of push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, running. The most quintessential breath-holding exercise they did was called buddy breathing. Most everyone that makes it to end up can handle the running,. What really gets people is the water. Almost everyone that quits, quits because of the pool. You can't push themselves past the point of failure.
