Time Blocking Helps Avoid Overwhelm
Time blocking is the practice of spending a certain amount of time on different things, no more, no less. It can be work, personal relationships or recreation. When it's going well, there's a real serenity about ok, this is the time when i do my work. And during the other times, there's not a guilt of, oh, well, i need to be doing work. Because that's not a solution to feeling overwhelmed.
