"It's almost like i have a devel and an angel on my sh houlder," she says. "When we're feeling really anxious, we tend to only listen to the devel on our shoulder." She recommends journaling about all of the things that are making you anxious. For each one write either a solution or write why it's not as bad as you think it is.
