How to Make a Bass Soup?
I'm half iranian and we do this noodle and bean soup that is so hardy. It's really classic for us during the persian new year, which falls on the first day of spring. You can eat this thing year round, thow. And i think it's going to make a big difference, the actually browning the meat. I would think about adding acitic ingredients, like a splash of lemon or lime, or a little bit of vinegar while you're cooking. So it cooks out some of that raw acidity and just kind of gives it more balance. Just throwin some miso will make it delicious. The miso is one of my old time
