The book has changed me in three ways with my life, with my behaviour, as well as with my thoughts. I think people who have an inability to start and sustain something new should read this book. Goals are great, but they're fleeting once you, once you reach them,. Once you reach them, then what's the next or if you're trying to lose weight? If you're l trying to go from, i don't know, 300 pounds to 200 poundswell, what happens when you get to 200 pounds? Are you just supposed to go back to your old habits, or do you continue? So goals, for that standpoint, are really a fleeting i would say.
