How to Prepare for a Major Championship

I believe that the tapering part of my program is what I do best and what I seem to get the majority of the time right. Since I was coaching Alex Frowe when he went to his first World Championships in 2013, he ran close to his PB in the heat in the semi and performed really well. And again, it's just making small changes in the program and knowing when to pull back rather than pushing too much. That's a great insight and also just that ability to know where your joints are in space is such great proprioceptive feedback from the clinical or the Pilates as well.
