How did you start to heal your brain? At first it was a lot. Then i started looking at the science of meditation. I like to read everything, everywhere, like anything that i can find. A meditation is really just breathing. And breathing through your nose is really, really important. When you feel anxious or anything, you everyone tells you to breathe, but people are breathing wrong. You're supposed to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. In meditating, you learn how to Breathe Through The Nose.
