The Importance of Understanding Organizational Values

If there's going to be someone responsible for the leadership for executing on that, they should be involved very, very early. That end state should be socialized amongst the executives on both sides. With that, it allows you to start outlining what a go-to-market is going to look like. And then from there, the other element comes with values. It's really understanding organizations' values that allows you to expand and understand.
