How to Be a Successful Recruiter

The best SEs are not necessarily the best engineers, but they know enough to engage in a meaningful way with technical buyers that they're presenting to. And then I often see that the bestSEs are just killer salespeople too. They could probably be account executives if they wanted to. A lot of the best SEs that I've seen have really invested in, in their sales education and become medic training, etc. The satisfaction of being able to help someone to take a meaningful next step in their career is what motivates me as a recruiter.
