i like epic protein, so i use a plant base one. I don't really add too much fruit to that. Instead of oatmeal, i'll have cause oats were like, through the re plant deola sugar, it's terrible. An dinner steak or am a vegetables. Am i know sweet potato spike might spike my blood sugar, so i don't have sweet potatoe. So rice didn't do anything. Or like a tako nite with a corn tortia chips, like corn tortia stuff, doesn't spike it either. And i love che pudding, like i makeo lot of times.
