The Role of Light in Depression
I'm fascinating about that is that yeah you know I can see as you've described there's this this circadian clock the system. The timing of exercise and meals which we have some control over for the most part. Even though we still have that 24-hour period some periods of light and dark are you know they alter depending on where you are on the planet and time of yearYeah this is getting really complicated stuff well I mean you know there is a they call it sad seasonal effective disorder when or yeah where people get higher rates of depression when it is winter time when there is less light.
