The Power of Relationships
If your brain is like, that's too small and dumb, it doesn't matter. And my keys for knowing if you have the right thought is to set a minimum baseline. Because so many of the exercises too are about looking at your relationships as well. So figuring out how to ask for what you want and what you need and let yourself have that. I find that to be hopeful because it's like, that means that you don't need to constantly put this pressure on yourself.
