How to Be a Successful Inside Sales Leader
I think I'm really process oriented and process driven. And I believe that activity begets sales, right? Like there's a core set of things that we should all be doing on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to meet our bookings target. But you got to do these small things along the way to get there. The handshake with my teams is that I'm going to work really hard to make sure that we've got the formula right but you have to commit to the formula. We might tweak it along the way, but we believe that this is what will lead us to success.
