Joint venture would just be where you would buy it with so many other people and take sort of an equal share. As a consultant we don't really take it when we work with businesses on free will concerns or in acquisitions but myself I get asked by people if they're doing certain deals would I be interested in joint venture. It's maybe kind of more popular than it was maybe a year ago, he says.
