The Importance of Flexibility in Bodybuilding

Bodybuilders have to maintain a position of restraint into the off season and they get this push and pull. They no longer have that All-encompassing goal that helps them implement that restraint. That's when it starts looking a lot more like bulimia or binge eating purging. The real intention behind this episode is made clear, right?
