The first born has imposter syndrome more than others. It's from traumas, but those traumas aren't necessarily negative. This is a voice in our head and frankly it's very effective and and moving us forward. But the problem is that it eats us alive inside and allows and it makes it that we can't actually enjoy The life that we're building neither in the present nor in the future.
