Don't measure your value and worth against whatever rules that is that you are training towards. So if you don't get the gold star or the checkbox right away, that's fine. If this rule is an absolute, but may question whether or not it is an absolute rule. Dr. James Dodie wrote a book called Into the Magic Shop which I highly recommend that you read. He wouldn't be the person he is today having the impact he's having today without breaking rules in his own life.
