The Importance of Pushing Your Limits

I feel like if I'm not doing everything I can to just maximize who I am as an athlete then I'll really regret it in 10 or 15 or 30 or 45 years. Like I only have these next couple years of my life where I'm at like my athletic prime or whatever and I just I want to see where I can give with that. Also I just like at some point see myself like settling down and having a family and stuff but there's definitely some other things that might start interfering with that.
