Topursolate breathing involves taking a deep breath in through the nose. In some diaphragmatic breathing, there might be a long, slow exhalation out through the mouth. And then we can kind of go through some of the more, i don't know, advanced, or, i guess, lesser known ones of those. This is usually aimed at patients who tend to breathe very quickly and preferentially engage the diaphratic part of their body. We want them to do it more slowly but more deeply so that they're not expanding rib cage too much.
