We were able to tap into a pretty good pool talent from my buntjak squares you know that worked with in my co-founder working square as the first data scientist our first engineering sort of actual hire so first employee was an engineer manager for square. When the ceo can assess talent reliably and ruthlessly it means that you wind up with the right people doing the right jobs.
