I Love Racing, It's a Skill

Any time we run a race, we are taking a test. Our training is like studying. The test is when we actually get to show what we know. And that's one of the reasons why i love racing. It gives us the best data possible on what you're capable of as a runner. That data is something that we can learn from. If we have a bad race, part of that detective process is looking at all the different things that could be improved,. and then trying to improve them the next time you race. You've got to do it frequently enough to understand it...and only after frequently racing do you really get good at that skill of racing.
