Having a Training Plan
I've become such a huge fan of the ice bath that I think it's something that though it's painful is highly recommended. The next one, I touched on this briefly before, is having an actual well-thought-out training plan. If you're new to the sport, it can be a little bit overwhelming trying to navigate your way through putting together a really solid training plan. But as a bloke has been the sport now for 22 years, you start to see a few little patterns along the way.
