The Importance of Breathing
This is a guided meditation on impermanence. If you can, close your eyes and just focus on the sensation of breathing. Try to become aware of the breath, the in-breath and the out-breath. Just imagine yourself for a moment, seeing all of your stuff one by one being placed on there and then it's gone.
