Running and walking can help put me in a good mood. Walking, i also tend to,. if i'm walking at a good pace, ah, i contend to be a little bit more creative or like learning. I've found ot that running in different areas kind of makes a difference. It's nice just to see how you're running on a track type of thing. Or when you get done lifting heavy weight, if you did it the best way you could with your form, those things will actually feel better too.
