I want to look anything that has to do with maximizing or not necessarily maximizing but muscle growth in trained populations and strength in trained populations so deloads is one project that we we're very interested in. One thing that I feel like is lacking now is exercise selection research because the best thing we can turn to for exercise selection is EMG data for the most part. We have a couple short-term longitudinal studies on a couple exercises and they've been really enlightening Like there's the seated hamstring curl versus lying leg curl and seated hamstring curl caused substantially better hypertrophy on average.
