The Importance of Education and Awareness in the Workplace Culture

I think it starts with education and awareness you know when we went for me personally when I realized I have been numbing myself out to probably some of the pain points I was having in early motherhood. It comes down to speaking up and speaking out about how workplace culture is so challenging and so hard especially on new mothers. Then it comes down to voting and voting for policymakers who are going to make better changes, Celeste says. We need more more organizations like that that are helping us kind of maybe at the grassroots level but then also getting us into the polling places and voting for change too.
