The Fine Line Between Overreaching and Overtraining

I would say that's a sign of someone or anyone who is managing to tread that fine line between, I suppose, overreaching and overtraining. One of the reasons for that being at that kind of 90% level is that it means that you're if you're operating at 90%, it still mean that you're able to operate at a very high level. You're not down at having a 60% day where you just feel completely broken. But consistently and continually, you're allowing yourself these intermittent recovery periods,. whether it's your deload week or it's a three-day set of days off to then recover.
